While it may be too late in 2010 for the Beaverton School District to consider new policies to deal with marijuana, it's not too late for the students themselves to make an issue of the marijuana laws. Four retired Oregon police officers who served in the Portland Police Bureau all told Oregon Public Broadcasting they felt it was irresponsible to prosecute someone for possession or use of marijuana.
